The NPL QLD title race remains finely poised after both Peninsula Power and Lions FC claimed important victories in Round 15.
Peninsula Power preserved their three-point advantage at the summit with a 3-1 win away to Olympic FC.
In-form Niyah Joseph, Joshua Phelps and Rhys Gray were all on target as the league leaders continued their impressive campaign and maintained control of first place through 15 matches.
Lions FC ensured the pressure remained firmly on.
Golden Boot leader Alexander Fiechtner continued his extraordinary season with yet another goal as Lions defeated Rochedale Rovers 2-1.
Jerson Lagos also found the net as Lions stayed three points behind Power with a game in hand.
Fiechtner's tally now stands at 27 league goals, underlining his status as one of the most prolific forwards in Australian state football this season.
The comeback of the round belonged to Moreton City Excelsior.
Trailing 2-0 entering the 82nd minute against Wynnum Wolves, Excelsior appeared headed for defeat before producing a dramatic late rally to snatch a 2-2 draw.
Marquez Walters scored his 18th goal of the season before Sadik Abass completed the comeback six minutes later.
Elsewhere, Brisbane Roar's academy side produced one of the results of the weekend, defeating Gold Coast United 4-1 thanks in part to a James Durrington brace.
Gold Coast Knights edged Magic United 2-1 with Bradden Inman scoring both goals, while Eastern Suburbs recorded a 3-1 victory over Brisbane City.
