Heidelberg United will have another chance to end their Dockerty Cup drought after booking their place in the 2026 final with a 2-0 victory over VPL1 side Brunswick Juventus.
First-half goals from Ciaran Bramwell and Joseph Lee proved enough for the reigning NPL VIC champions, who secured another appearance in one of Victorian football's biggest occasions on Tuesday night.
The Bergers are no strangers to the Dockerty Cup decider.

This will be their fourth final in the past nine editions after finishing runners-up in 2018, 2023 and last season, when they fell to rivals South Melbourne.
Their most recent triumph came in 2017.
Now, Heidelberg have another opportunity to finally lift the trophy once again.
Standing in their way will be either fellow NPL VIC heavyweights Preston Lions or VPL1 outfit North Sunshine Eagles, who meet in next week’s second semi-final.
