OFC Pro League's Golden Boot winner lands in the NPL

Caroline Springs George Cross have made one of the most eye-catching mid-season signings in NPL VIC, securing Vanuatu international and OFC Pro League Golden Boot winner Alex Saniel.

Saniel arrives with an impressive pedigree after finishing as the leading scorer in the inaugural OFC Pro League, claiming the competition's Golden Boot with 11 goals for Vanuatu United FC.

The experienced striker now joins a George Cross side who are eighth and two points adrift of the top six through 21 rounds.
